Children's Room

Welcome to the Jane Gray Dustan Children’s Room, your source for books and audio-visual materials for children Birth through Grade 6!

Our extensive collection includes fiction and nonfiction books and DVDs, music CDs, CD ROMs, audiobooks, and Parenting materials. Our room also boasts a selection of books from the main collection (for adults who don’t have time to get upstairs), a black and white copier, two catalog computers, three internet computers, two educational activity computers, and one designated homework computer.

The Jane Gray Dustan Children’s Room is also a great place to come for a variety of activities. See our calendar for upcoming events. Children’s programming includes storytimes, singalongs, playtimes, a reading discussion group, a variety of guest performers, and an extensive and exciting summer reading program.

Mon-Thurs 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Fri 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Sat 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Sunday 1 - 5 p.m.*

 *We are open on Sundays from October 16, 2011 through May 20, 2012.
